umno worried to contest

MACC has decided not to take Mohamad Fairus Khairuddin to court since there is no basis for prosecution. They said no basis after he decided to resign. Why now? The logic theory was, umno are in trauma to face the by-election since they knew the result which are not in favour for umno. By deciding not to prosecute Fairus, he might change his mind to retract back his resignation letter. The Perak tragedy has set the precedent, where Fairus just need to write to EC Chairman saying he didn't send any resignation letter and definitely the EC chairman (who are working as umno agent)  will say "No Election". So najib can save his face from Altantuya's story. In other side, umno will ring the bell saying Anwar force Fairus to resign even though he was not charged in court. Definitely this will have an impact for certain level among the grass root. The issue I want to highlight here actually was not about Fairus but just to tell you guys, umno are very desperate and to retain the political power, umno will go to the lowest level of morale and they are doing it now. They have controled the judges, police and now macc. Will they win the next election if they continue to mis-used all the government machinery? Do they think, voters are stupid?

Amend the Law and not the sweet talk anymore

Najib's government  rules out children's force conversions but the policy decision is not good enough if it was not transpired in our law of the land. Judge will not buy the executive policy decision unless the "banned" is clearly stated in our law. The Religion Consultative body shall not declare the victory and apppreciation to the government until all the related law was amended.

I still remember, the sleeping pm pa lah did mention will look into the matter after all 10 non-muslim cabinet minister revert their decision to handover the memorandum to him. Nothing materialised until the last day of his office. I will not feel secured until the parliament do all the necessary amendement and the government gazzete it as a law of the land.  Until then I will not buy the umno government's decision to banned the force conversions among the kids.

Then how about Altantuya Boyfriend?

Zainul Arifin in his NST column titled "A Feast for political junkies" raised up a question " what do we tell our 17 year olds if they were to aks us about the Elizabeth Wong Saga?" He tried to demonise Elizabeth by putting a question mark on her morale but he fail to ask the same question to Altantuya Boyfriend who are leading the most corrupted political party in Malaysia. Altantuya's boyfriend is no man and he have sent the mongolian girl to unknown area in most unthinkable way. Does he dare to ask the same question.

I Want Follow My Mother

Karan Dinesh, 11 does not want to follow his father and become a Muslim. He wants to remain Hindu and be with his mother. But according to his mother M Indira Ghandi, 35 his father, K Patmanathan, 40 had converted him and his two siblings into Islam on April 12. He and sister, Tevi Darsiny, 12 wasn't present when they were converted. The father who has assumed the name Mohd Ridzuan Abdullah, apparently used just their birth certificates to make them Muslims. A younger sibling Prasana Diksa, aged 11 months was taken by the father earlier. Karan Dinesh's situation and that of his sister is rather uncertain at the moment because in 2007, the highest court of the land ruled that according to Article 12(4) Federal Constitution, the consent of one parent is sufficient in the conversion of a child. The family is now in limbo. [Source: Malaysiakini] - browse the blog to view the clip.

Indira Gandhi: Remedy Please

Her three young children were forcefully converted to Islam by her estranged husband. And M Indira Ghandi is taking her plight straight to the doorstep of Sri Perdana.

Do we have remedy?

M Indra Ghandi is estranged from her husband Patmanathan, who during an argument, took their young child away. On a pretext of wanting to return the child to her, Indra Ghandi alleges that Patmanathan, who converted to Islam on March 11 this year, asked her to meet him at the Religious Department in Ipoh. However Patmanathan was not there, but department officials attempted to serve her a notice from the Syariah Court...
