Federal Constitution is the highest law of the country.

Pa Lah, if i'm appointed as your supervisor to monitor your performance then i would say, you failed in your test. You promise to bring in the changes to this country yet not much has been done so far. Looks like you are more interested to hang around with your new wife in overseas rather than in office. You promise to reform the country yet no progress. Unity among the multi racial community are going down and just matter of time to explode yet you are talking nonsense without actions. Tussle between Civil court and Syariah court are getting deeper yet looks like you are taking your sweet time not because you dont have ample time or advisors to think about it but the simple reason is you dont have political capability to stand on the issues. For me you are giving another sweet talk, when you say "any decision on the issue would be guided by the Constitution, the principles of the Rukun Negara and other policies". I'm getting bored with your attitude. Stop talking nonsense and we want to see the actions. You, your party and all the Malaysians must accept the fact, the higher law in this country is the Federal Constitution. Until then, i would not mark my ballot paper for "dacing".

Federal Court Justice Abdul Hamid Mohamad, in a recent landmark ruling, stated that Parliament must resolve the jurisdiction tussle between the civil and Syariah courts as current laws needed to be revised and updated.
