People's Aspiration

Umno believe they successfully completed the Perak state government coup detat but umno and even the Palace failed to look the political crisis in big picture. Definitely Malaysian will not forget this coup and umno/bn will pay their price in coming 13 General Election. The picture shows MB and EXCO members was chased away from their office by police. In Selangor after umno fall, the police give a permission to umno mb and exco to go to their office and trash all the financial related documents. In Perak Police even denied EXCO and MB to take their personnel things. This is totall insult to the "Peopls Power". Umno believe they win but actually they make the road to Putrajaya for Pakatan Rakyat more easier in next election. Btw, yesterday morning Dato' Rajoo from Perak MIC said he was very happy after the umno took over the administration. Another semi value stooges and he do not deserve for the live dialogue. He talk nonsense rather than reality. After GE2008 he shall resign for the failure to retain any state seat yet he refuse because he is answerable to semi value only. But dont worry, I have confident in people's power and definitely they will teach a lesson to umno and their slave's (mca, mic, gerakan, ppp)

Disolve is Only Solutions

Perak now have two MB, Nizar and Zambry. The earlier was the people's choice and the latter was the Altantuya's boyfriend choices and he don't have the people's support. The only way to bring calm to Perak political crisis is to disolve the State Assembly.

You Do Not Deserve My Respect

Since from my schooling day, I always have a high respect for Perak Royal family since they was the most educated Royal family in Malaysia. Father and Son used to talk about the integrity, democracy, anti-corruption, constitutional monarchy etc. It's never cross my mind to put them down because I believed they stand by their own and will keep their words. Even 2 days ago, Raja Nazrin said, Sultan's must take a neutral position when political issues arise and even he have indicated the future of Royal family if they fail to stand neutral. I always keep my respect very high to Perak Royal family because I saw them as a last resort to save Malaysia from corrupted umno. Today Sultan Azlan Shah has shattered the hope and respect that I have on him and his son by allowing him self to be stooges to umno. Now I have to swallow my words, Sultan Azlan Shah failed to walk his talk when he bows to Altantuya's boyfriend request not to dissolve the state assembly. I'm not sad due to the collapse of Perak Pakatan Rakyat State Government but I'm very-very much disappointed on Sultan Azlan Shah when he agreed to accept the so-called independent YB's words to support the umno government. This three YB's have no integrity and have betrayed the people's trust on them yet Sultan can accept their words. They were bought over by umno and by turning their self as umno's political prostitute they lost all the integrity to be a Yang Berhormat. Sir Azlan Shah you do not deserve my respect any more. Please advice your son, not to give a lecture about the integrity and morality any more.

Dissolve Perak State Assembly For The Solution

Perak Ruler shall dissolve the state assembly since umno have bought over the State Government ruling party MP's. I believe the only solutions to overcome the integrity question is the snap election. Perak Royal family was the most educated family and Raja Nazrin use to preach about anti-corruption and integrity. This is the right time to walk the talk. If Perak Ruler failed to keep what they preach, then people will lost the confidence to the most respected Royal family in Malaysia.

EC said NO

Election Commission has taken a decison beyond their authority tendered by "Election Act" when they decided NO to by-election. EC have no authority to decide whether the two YB's have signed the letter or not. Both YB's have admitted they have sign the "Resign Letter" even though the date was not mention. Meaning that they knew the contents of the letter and purpose for signing it. The EC role is to decide the by-election date when the State Speaker informed officially the state seat is evacuated. Only court have the authority to decide whether the "Resign Letter" is valid or otherwise. Once more again EC was bought over by umno government.

Uthayakumar

Uthayakumar says Hindraf is neither for BN or Pakatan. I extremely agreed with you brother. Hindraf shall stand a political. If the rulling party failed to deliver then Hindraf must stand to tell them "you have failed" and why we must vote for you when you fail to walk your talk.

16th day prayers for A. Kugan

The family of the late A.Kugan wish to thank the team of  lawyers, activists, MPs, officials from the government and NGOs, Civil Society and the PEOPLE from all walks of life for their kind assistance and attendance during their recent bereavement.

They are touched by the overwhelming support and kind words from friends and strangers alike who defied all odds to turn up for Kugan's funeral.

The family takes this opportunity to invite all to join them in the 16th. day prayer on the 3rd of February, 2009 begining 7.30pm that continues till the next morning on 4th. February, 2009 and thence to a lunch at their home located at No.11, Jalan BK 2/2A, Bandar Kinrara Puchong.

Sidang media ini dipanggil untuk menerangkan beberapa perkembangan terbaru yang serius yang melibatkan isu-isu politik yang berunsurkan jenayah yang sedang berlaku di negeri Kedah, yang melibatkan saya selaku Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Kedah dan ahli EXCO Kerajaan Negeri Kedah.

Satu repot polis telah dibuat hari ini merangkumi semua kes-kes ugutan jenayah terhadap saya selaku Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Kedah dan ahli EXCO Kerajaan Negeri Kedah, dan juga terhadap keselamatan keluarga saya sejak dari 8hb Mac, 2008. Ianya juga melibatkan semua ugutan terhadap pegawai-pegawai dan bekas-bekas pegawai saya. Ke semua ini adalah bertujuan bagi mengugut saya untuk bersetuju berpindah parti dari Parti Keadilan Rakyat ke Barisan Nasional.

Antara insiden-insiden yang melibatkan ugutan jenayah adalah cubaan menculik saya pada 17/10/2008, mengugut saya melalui pegawai saya melalui beberapa panggilan telefon yang antaranya pada 31/3/2008, mengugut keselamatan keluarga saya, insiden memecahkan cermin kereta rasmi exco kerajaan negeri model Proton Perdana no BKL 4000 dengan meninggalkan nota ugutan yang diikat pada seketul bata pada 17/12/2008, dan juga menghantar beberapa beberapa individu untuk memujuk saya keluar dari Parti Keadilan Rakyat, yang terbaru sekali beberapa hari yang lalu, dengan beberapa tawaran lumayan.

Perkembangan peristiwa yang menimpa 2 orang teman exco PKR di Perak telah menyebabkan saya tampil untuk membuat kenyataan akhbar ini. Saya khuatir, sekiranya saya tidak tampil ke hadapan untuk membuat pernyataan secara terbuka ini, keselamatan dan ketenteraman saya dan keluarga saya akan terus diganggu, diugut secara jenayah serta dipujuk untuk memastikan saya berpindah parti.

Saya juga mendesak agar pihak polis akan segera membuat siasatan terhadap ke semua laporan-laporan polis yang telah saya buat sejak Mac, 2008 dan mengambil tindakan segera dan tegas bagi menjamin keselamatan saya dan keluarga saya. Ini semua akan membolehkan saya mampu berkhidmat dengan lebih baik dan berkesan selaku ahli exco kerajaan negeri Kedah dan ahli dewan undangan negeri Bukit Selambau, tanpa sebarang gangguan terhadap saya dan keluarga saya.

For umno everything BOLEH

The Star newspaper reported the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has set up a task force to investigate allegations that an Umno division leader was assaulted by its officers while he was under detention. This task force consist of non-MACC personnel to probe the allegations. While I welcome the decision to set-up task force to investigate the allegation, I'm wondering, whether MACC will take a drastic actions if the complaints comes from non-umno party members. Same goes to police, if umno make noise definitely and immediately the investigation paper will be prepared but when it involves non-umno members then police will give thousands reason. For umno everything BOLEH.
