I Want Follow My Mother

Karan Dinesh, 11 does not want to follow his father and become a Muslim. He wants to remain Hindu and be with his mother. But according to his mother M Indira Ghandi, 35 his father, K Patmanathan, 40 had converted him and his two siblings into Islam on April 12. He and sister, Tevi Darsiny, 12 wasn't present when they were converted. The father who has assumed the name Mohd Ridzuan Abdullah, apparently used just their birth certificates to make them Muslims. A younger sibling Prasana Diksa, aged 11 months was taken by the father earlier. Karan Dinesh's situation and that of his sister is rather uncertain at the moment because in 2007, the highest court of the land ruled that according to Article 12(4) Federal Constitution, the consent of one parent is sufficient in the conversion of a child.
