umno worried to contest

MACC has decided not to take Mohamad Fairus Khairuddin to court since there is no basis for prosecution. They said no basis after he decided to resign. Why now? The logic theory was, umno are in trauma to face the by-election since they knew the result which are not in favour for umno. By deciding not to prosecute Fairus, he might change his mind to retract back his resignation letter. The Perak tragedy has set the precedent, where Fairus just need to write to EC Chairman saying he didn't send any resignation letter and definitely the EC chairman (who are working as umno agent)  will say "No Election". So najib can save his face from Altantuya's story. In other side, umno will ring the bell saying Anwar force Fairus to resign even though he was not charged in court. Definitely this will have an impact for certain level among the grass root. The issue I want to highlight here actually was not about Fairus but just to tell you guys, umno are very desperate and to retain the political power, umno will go to the lowest level of morale and they are doing it now. They have controled the judges, police and now macc. Will they win the next election if they continue to mis-used all the government machinery? Do they think, voters are stupid?
