EC said NO

Election Commission has taken a decison beyond their authority tendered by "Election Act" when they decided NO to by-election. EC have no authority to decide whether the two YB's have signed the letter or not. Both YB's have admitted they have sign the "Resign Letter" even though the date was not mention. Meaning that they knew the contents of the letter and purpose for signing it. The EC role is to decide the by-election date when the State Speaker informed officially the state seat is evacuated. Only court have the authority to decide whether the "Resign Letter" is valid or otherwise. Once more again EC was bought over by umno government.
