umno will lost in PEOPLE'S COURT

I'm not surprised with the court decision that Perak Speaker did not have the power to suspend umno MB and 6 exco members from attending the state assembly. In a democratic country, executive, legislative and judiciary was empowered equally but in Malaysia executive have hijacked the equality by appointing umno's man into the other two components. umno man is the Chief Justice, then what will be the outcome of the decision? Under the umno rule, the opposition will never win the political case. umno can win the court case because the judge who presiding the court is theirs but they will never win in People's Court. The voters is the JUDGE and they know how to make a decison.
