Friday (11 July 2008), Semi Value host the dinner for all the MIC branch leaders. Ex-deputy president D'Subra was invited and given a main VIP table. Party Information chief Datuk Saravanan (deputy minister for the federal territory) who are vying for the Deputy President post got angry and leave the dinner half-away. His supporters also walk out. Semi Value on commenting the incident said, Saravanan was upsad with the food quality and nothing personnel. Saravanan now desperate to go up the rank in party because he knew, if he miss the boat now then it will be the end for his political carrer. The way he carry him self in the dinner is a shame for the party. As a chief information officer and deputy minister he should know how to carry him profesionally unfortunately he no nothing about the profesionalism yet holding a post as deputy minister. Shame! Shame! Shame!

What I heard was that Saravanan was not placed on the main table inspite of being one of the two MIC ministers and felt that due respect was not given to him.
Of course, he may lose that position, becos semi value is god.
In MIC, samy is constitution, samy is protocol and samy is mic. So who is Saravanan to get upsad. He behave worst to other party leaders although they do have govt post once upon time. Saravanan has nothing yet he never give a respect to previous deputy president. For me saravanan do not deserve any protocols.

Ganja Saravanan used to huniliate Deputy President last time, sekarang dia punya time lah kena bully.... tapi yg pelinya, samy kata saravanan tak setuju dengan kualiti makanan so dia tinggalkan dewan.... malulah sama itu saravanan, pasal makanan dia tinggalkan dewan, tak hormat sama president.... he ehe ehe
