Malaysian-Indian Speaker

It's never happen since the Independence day. But today, the chances to see Malaysian-Indians appointed to be speaker of a state assembly is on track. It's going to happen in a state of Perak, with a Menteri Besar from Islamic Party (PAS) and senior EXCO from DAP. While Pahang MIC state leadership are begging their Menteri Besar to appoint the MIC man as an EXCO, the Pakatan Rakyat has promised the more prominent position for Indians. I can see the shadow of new Malaysia for Malaysian. [For your information, the Speaker is the second highest post after Menteri Besar]
