Najib said Irresponsible?

Yesterday in Parliament, PR members walk out after Najib, the new finance minister refused to entertain the question from the PR parliamentarian. In responses Najib said, it's irresponsible. Najib's refusal shows he is worried with his own shadow. He refused to take any question because his incapability to counter Anwar Ibrahim economical questions. Totally illogical to call PR parliamentarian irresponsible because he and his suckers (bn parliamentarians) refused to be in hall (boycotted) when Anwar deliver his speech for the 2009 budget which never happen before. Najib's refusal to listen to Anwar's proposal to stimulate the economy is irresponsible act of najib's and his comrades. What Najib did yesterday was not winding up the budget for 2009 but it's merely resubmit the new half baked budget. So who is irresponsible?
