Where is the Justice part 2.

1. Abdullah Badawi said government will not use the ISA without any concrete reason. Great; but his cabinet minister, Hamid Albar who is the home minister said government detained the Sin Chew reporter under ISA to save her life from any criminal intimidations. Badawi, use you common sense, do you believe Hamid Albar’s justification is reasonable and concrete? If her life is under threat, then he must ask his men in blue to give her protection and not detained her under the draconian law. Well umno ministers have proven their self once more again as most stupid men of the country. She wrote what was said by umno men during the by-election and for reporting the truth she was detain under the draconian law and released after 18 hours. Huge protest from the Malaysian who hate the miss-used of power by umno minister, secured her freedom from the draconian law.

2. Teresa Kok was detained because of azan issues in Kinrara. She, the Selangor state government and even the mosque committee members denied the Khir Toyo’s allegation in Utusan Malaysia. Khir Toyo wrote Teresa was doing the underground work to stop the use of speaker for azan. The mosque committee said, the speaker was under repair and that was the reason and Teresa was never stepped in mosques. Hamid Albar shall asked police to detain Khir Toyo and show cause letter to Utusan, unfortunately Hamid Albar asked Teresa to be detain. So where is the justice and rule by-law? Only umno law existed in this country. Umno man can say any thing they want but non-umno men are not allowed to say any thing and even to report the truth also is a big sin for umno ministers.

3. Same goes to Raja Petra. He wrote the truth about NTR and his wife but they miss-used the power to block his “malaysia-today” and revert the multimedia super corridor, “Bill of Guarantee.” If NTR believe he is innocent pious, then he shall employ a legal man to take Raja Petra to court and not the ISA. The reason for his detention was not the religion but merely on his article about the murder of Mongolian consultant, Altantuya.

4. If umno believe the suppress law will save their power then they are wrong. The Malaysian is not as stupid as their strategist believed. No intelligent citizens will buy Hamid Albar’s justification on the recent ISA crackdown. The citizens have come to conclusion, doesn’t matter if 916 could not be materialised in another few days but we will make sure, to stripe off umno’s arrogances and political power in next general election. Hancur, Hancur, Hancur, umno.
