Teng Chang Kim said he will take all the necessary actions to speed up the oath taking ceremony for the ISA detainee Y.B. Manoharan in Kamunting ISA detention camp. I hope he will do it as soon as possible and please make sure your first proposal to the State Hall is to condemn the federal government arrogances to deny the people's voice, who wanted and voted for Manoharan to represent them in the state constituency N48 Kota Alam Shah. Don't ever deny the people's wish.
