Where is the Justice?

The government must rule the country by-law but this is totally different in our country. Umno rule the country according to umno law. Where is the justice, Ahmad called chinese as immigrant and thereupon not entitle the rights as Malaysian citizens. The reporter reported it and she was detained under ISA for that. Is this what umno called as justice?

Still Remember K.Sanjeev Kumar?

You guys still remember, K.Sanjeev Kumar? Few months ago I posted the "espionage" suspect detained under ISA. Sanjeev's wife claimed her husband had been tortured until paralysed..... now he was released yet no confirmation whether he will recover or not. If the allegations is true definitely, government will not released him. So it's look like the allegation is falsed. Sanjeev as a citizens of this country you shall take your case to the court for justice. 'Spy' held under ISA released

KUALA LUMPUR: A 25-year-old man, detained since July 28 last year under the Internal Security Act on suspicion of being a foreign spy, was released on Tuesday.

This follows a recent visit by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia to Kamunting detention centre to investigate allegations of ill-treatment of K. Sanjeev Kumar. The allegations were made by his wife, Sharmila Uthiakumar.

Suhakam commissioner Datuk Siva Subramaniam said at a press conference here they found that Sanjeev Kumar, whose left arm and leg were paralysed, did not receive the treatment he required.

He said the Abolish ISA Movement had referred Sanjeev Kumar's case to Suhakam through a memorandum on June 4.

Sharmila had on May 20 lodged a police report against the Home Ministry, police and the Kamunting detention centre claiming her husband had been tortured.
She had also claimed her husband had become wheelchair-bound because of the torture.

Which Camp Najib Will Support?

While TDMs die-hard supporters will be happy to welcome back him to umno, definitely his nemesis will have sleepless. TDM relinquish his membership on May 19th, 2008 voluntarily and he decided to rejoin back with only one agenda to topple Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, his hand pick successor. In stepping down from party, TDM said he will not make a "U" turn until there was a change of leadership but less in five month he expressed his intention to rejoin to Muhyiddin Yassin . TDM expected to throw his support to Tengku Razaleigh, his one time political enemy and most probably Muhyiddin as deputy. There might be some impact in party but then generally TDM also can't do much to save the umno and BN. TDM too using ethnic bashing strategy to regain the lost ground among malay community and definitely that strategy will distance non-malays from BN forever. What ever the political drama in country is getting more hot and interesting. One of the most important question, i'm looking for answer is, if Tengku Razaleigh stand for president and Muhyiddin as deputy president, then which camp Najib will support?

Case Postponed

Anwar Ibrahim case postponed to 24 September for trial. I was told the bail extended.

No More Political Detention Under ISA

Gerakan Wanita chief urge Abdullah to sack Ahmad from umno and detain him under draconian Internal Security Act for his racist remark. We shall not condone the call for the detention under ISA. Gerakan previously urged government to review the law and release all the detainees. Now if they their self urge the use of draconian law then it shows the inconsistency. For what ever reason, no more political detention under Internal Security Act. ISA mean to counter the terrorism activity and not to counter the political issues. Umno has rights to take a decision on Ahmad status but Gerakan shall take a stand whether to remain or get out. Ahmad was not the first man and umno was in silent mode for all this while, for all the racist remarks uttered by their leaders. Now is time for Gerakan and all the non-umno parties in BN to take a stand. If I'm in Koh Tsu Koon shoes, will take the challenge and walk out from today's BN Council meeting.

Take The Responsibility

M.Rajeshvari was six month pregnant when the immigration enforcement officer detained her in Kuala Lumpur. She could not communicate in national language and she doesn't remember her identity card number. The two reasons make her ended-up in Lenggeng immigration depot for illegals almost 11 months. The immigration department only realized the wrongful detention after 11 months and they released her without any regret for the the unlawful detention. [Thanks to Malaysian Indian Youth Council vice-president Andrew Raju] As a citizens of this country, her rights has been infringe and the authority is answerable to her and the son who born in detention centre. Government must apologies to her and compensate for the illegal incarceration. When millions illegal Indonesian was moving around freely, Rajeshvari was sent to depot centre on suspicion of being a Sri Lankan illegal. This shall not happen to any Malaysian and the authority should take the responsibility.

Ahmad: Gerakan Get Out

Ahmad [Bukit Bendera Umno chief] warn "Chinese community not to behave like Jews in America in wanting to control both the economy and political power." Ahmad is really going over the board and showing his true color of racism. I'm really wondering after all this humiliations, why Koh Tsu Koon still want to share bed with umno. Come onlah Koh, be a rationale man. Umno spit on your face, yet you do not dare to take the challenge and move out from the racist coalition. Please prove to Malaysian, you have guts and dignity. Prove to us you are a true Malaysian politicians, disassociate your party from BN and teach a lesson to racist umno.

Anwar said On track to unseat govt

Anwar Ibrahim said on Saturday he is on track to meet a mid-September deadline to recruit enough members of parliament to topple the government. Source said he have the numbers from non-umno parties and just matter of time to get the umno members to change the ship. While umno machinery said, 16 Sept defection is just a dream, Anwar confidently said he is on track. I do believe umno government minister are in dilemma whether to stay in sinking ship or to change. Change is the people's aspiration, I don't think umno will be able to stop the people's aspiration.

Study Trip ???

Umno in order to sustain in power are doing the act of insulting or insolent treatment to his own MP's. The latest was the instruction to BN MP's to surrender their passport. The reason said was, BN back bencher's club were to organise the study trip to overseas. Pa Lah asks government machinery to be prudent in their spending but how about the law makers? Is the PM instruction is only binding the government machinery? I'm wondering how many backbenchers will be involved and the amount of people's money will be used for this so-call the study trip. Most of the BN backbenchers are muslim and I believe they practice the fasting, so doesn't make a sense to go for study trip during the fasting month. The logic to have study trip during the fasting month is not there. The main reason for the sudden trip was, umno leadership are so worried about the 16 September. The umno strategist believe, its better to take those identified going to commit treason out of the country and give them all the luxury life while in overseas. By surrendering their passport definitely it will be much easier to detect where this MP's have been after the GE since the source said most of the MP's meet Anwar in overseas. For me either forcing to pledge the support or to surrender their passport in the name of study trip is a great insultation for the MP's integrity and dignity.

He Burnt It but now..........

He burnt the paper and went all out to tarnish the image of D'Subra just because the paper which was associated to D'Subra have highlighted too many stories about the mismanagement of maica holdings and the sudden death of K.Sujatha. The deceased was the girlfriend to S.Vell Paari, son of the present mic president. But that was the past history. Today, both of them stand on same stage as nothing happened. May be this is what they call as politics. But the reality is, people's are fed-up with this type of cheap politics and they want to see the changes. The change of the government is the people's aspirations which will win end of the day.

Why Najib and Why Not Ahmad?

[updated: 04092008 / 00:47] Ahmad, Bukit Bendera Umno division chief said, "Chinese were penumpang (squatters) who should not receive equal treatment with the Malay Muslim majority" and it was published in Chinese dailies. Chinese party in BN and members of PR coalition was irked with the remarks and demand umno to take actions. Flip flop umno president said, "Ahmad didn't mean to hurt chinese and don't take it seriously." Well this is not the first time racial remarks uttered by umno leaders. After the general elections, one of the umno's top gun said, the non-malay citizens have committed treason. Only reason for such hurting remarks was because the majority of the non-malay citizens have rejected umno's leadership through the democratic process. Since then and even before many racist remarks was uttered to the community. This arrogant attitude among the umno leader's show's they didn't learn their lesson after the general election and they will not learn until they are removed from the power. When mr.umno president said don't take it seriously, umno number two men said sorry for the remarks, make me wonder why two versions of answer given by umno's men? For me not najib but Ahmad shall tender his apology. Any failure to take the responsibility will only show umno's insincerity to the non-malay citizens.

What happen Tajol?

Today 2nd September. I still remember, Perak ex-MB, Dato' Tajol Rosli said and was published in Utusan Malaysia front page, the Perak's PR government will fall on 31 August 2008 but its already past two days and nothing has happen. What happen Dato' Tajol, you forgotten the date or forgotten to buy over or the PR MP's refuse to take your black money? Well we know you were one of the men behind the two exco's detention by ACA but do not take the citizens for granted. We are not as stupid as you think. We have better common sense and we will take note your rhetoric on changing the Perak state government on 31st August 2008.
